The SnoCleat 2.67 is a screw-down pad style snow guard that was created especially for 2.67 corrugated metal roofs that are mechanically secured. The 6 precisely pre-drilled holes are spaced 2.67-inches apart, allowing the guard to be screwed through the panel rib's high round area. A minimum of four #14 roofing screws with neoprene washers are required to mount this device. In the remaining holes, additional fasteners may be inserted if more holding power is required. In place of glue or liquid sealant, a foam gasket is provided for placement between the guard and the panel. The SnoCleat 2.67 has a substantial 4-Inch-wide face that is secured by two tek-screws. A matching 4-inch-wide by 2-inch-tall color strip is optional and can be attached to the guard's face.
Only screw down installations are permitted for the SnoCleat 2.67, and adhesive mounting of this protection is not advised. It is not advised to utilize snow guards in isolated roof areas including chimneys, doors, vents, and partial roof sections. Screws for mounting are supplied separately. Optional Color Matching: A color strip that matches your roof and is optional, measuring 4 inches wide by 2 inches tall, can be attached to the guard's face.
