Due to its universal fit and simplicity of installation, the SnoBlox Deuce is our most popular product. As an aesthetically pleasing, reasonably priced solution to the issue of snow and ice sliding on metal roofing, this unique device has withstood the test of time.
With its sleek 1.5" wide waffled tapered back and low profile forward mounted 2.5" high front, the SnoBlox Deuce revolutionized the proprietary polycarbonate snow guard market. The forward-facing, flat surface keeps snow and ice in place without compromising the integrity of your roof. Additionally, compared to smooth bottom guards of the same size, the waffle base offers approximately three times the strength.
SnoBlox Deuce held 3456 pounds when secured with #14 screws and 1379 pounds when attached with the SB-190 adhesive, according to professional third-party Intertek/ATI tests.
This device is ideal for both DIY homeowners and professional roofers because of its versatility. This product's versatility in terms of mounting enables it to be either adhesively fixed on floating standing seam roof systems or mechanically fastened to screw down roofs with a 1.5" flat area. They will fit the majority of 36" R-panels with 9" or 12" rib spacing without rib straddling.
The SnoBlox Deuce is well-known among residential and commercial roofers thanks to its illustrious past performance.
* Orders with fewer than 25 units are ineligible for the SB-190 adhesive, screw, and silicone addon attachment option.
